You have exactly 14 calendar days from the date your delivery is confirmed by the shipping carrier to request a return. Once this 14-day window expires, all sales are final, and no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return and refund, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

• The item must be completely unused, uninstalled, and undamaged.

• The item must be in its original packaging in the same condition that you received it.

• You must provide a valid proof of purchase or order number.

3. Return Shipping and Fees

• Customer Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are completely non-refundable.

• Risk of Loss: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Inspection and Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a standard number of business days.
