All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience an unusually high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, and we will contact you directly via email.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout based on your destination and chosen delivery method.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

4. Damages and Losses
Bucket Bracket is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
