1. Product Usage and Technical Specifications
By purchasing the Bucket Bracket, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following strict operational limits and installation requirements:
Weight Capacity: The Bucket Bracket is engineered to hold a maximum of 200 lbs of shelf weight and up to 50 lbs of bucket weight.
Installation Requirements: All load capacities are strictly contingent upon the product being installed exactly per the provided directions. Failure to follow the installation instructions completely voids any performance expectations.
Dimensions: Designed strictly for shelves from 11 inches to 20 inches deep.
Compatibility: Holds most standard size 5-gallon buckets.
2. No Warranty (AS IS Sale)
ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD ON AN AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE BASIS. BUCKET BRACKET OFFERS NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR PURCHASE AND USE OF THE PRODUCT IS AT YOUR OWN SOLE RISK.
3. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BUCKET BRACKET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, OR ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR STRUCTURAL FAILURE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL BUCKET BRACKET'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
